The location was particularly good and fantastic, with restaurants and bars near the hotel. The family room I got was complete with nice balcony as well as a very comfortable bed. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, offered concierge service and wake up calls free of charge.

The venue is fantastic and incredibly beautiful with best staff. Magnificent and amazing location in front of the Cathedral in a peaceful square, and 10 minute walk from a state-of-the-art museum. Also - close to the center of the old part of Heraklion, Crete where products are so fresh and a beautiful church overlooking the square at the right. Very good overall experience.
